DELIVERY TIME

Our warehouse is situated in Slovenia, Europe, so we receive orders from Europe faster than others from the rest of the world. Once your order is placed please allow 1-25 business days to allow our warehouse to pick & pack your order, then once the courier collects delivery is 7-15 working days (from collection date. Depends on which part of the world the order is sent. To ensure we have no hassles, please include your postcode, and your mobile number so that we can contact you if we need to!  

Please note that these delivery times are approximate only. We CANNOT guarantee delivery any sooner than 7-15 days from courier collection (not the time of your order) Please take into consideration unforeseen or unplanned circumstances that may be out of our control Eg. warehouse delays, courier pick-up delays, roads & traffic, high volume of orders to dispatch.

Also, we would kindly like to inform you that when our goods leave our warehouse, we are not responsible for any delays or different ways of deliveries that might occur because of the shipping company.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

We send all products using a door to door courier service (custom made products excluded).

For ensuring full accountability from the delivery service, we can not send to PO Boxes. Please ensure you list a street address for shipping, otherwise, your order will be delayed while we contact you for correct shipping details. 

Because we use a third party to deliver the goods, we are unable to call upon approach or give you an exact delivery date. Unless otherwise notified, the courier requires a signature upon delivery. If you are unsure if you will be home when the item is delivered, consider getting your parcel delivered to work. Our parcels are marked with the GH mark. 

TRACKING

Once your order was shipped you will be sent an email that includes your tracking number. If you have misplaced this email, you can write to shop@good-healer.com and we will asap send you all the required info. 

It is your responsibility to track the order and check whether the order was delivered to your address, or to parcel shops. If the order was delivered to a parcel shop, please contact your local courier, with which the order was sent for further instructions. It is not our responsibility to track the order, or to get in contact with local couriers.

CLAIMS AND RETURNS

It is the customer's responsibility to examine the consignments of goods upon arrival for correct quality, description, shortages, plus any transit damage. Claims MUST be made in writing or by phone to the GH Sales Department within 3 days of receipt of goods or within 14 days of the invoice date where the goods have become lost in transit. 

Claims in respect of allegedly faulty goods, shortages or non-delivery shall not be grounds for withholding payment of accounts and shall not give the customer the right to offset/contra against payments made to the GH. Once the parcel is received, please check for any damage on the outside of the package. And please make a remark on the delivery note, before signing it, and after contact GH on shop@good-healer.com.

If the content is damaged, once you open the parcel, and no damage is shown on the outside of the parcel, also make a remark on the delivery note, and contact GH on shop@good-healer.com.com Damage may occur during transport.

GH will not accept packing and carriage charges for customer returns unless agreed by a Director.

Refunds will be made on the receipt of the goods once the warranty claim is agreed upon. Proof of return (registered post or similar) should be retained as no refund or exchange can be made until the goods are received. Any claim against GH by a purchaser of its products arising out of the condition or quality of said products shall be made in writing to GH within ten (10) days of the delivery/shipment of said goods and merchandise and a failure to present such claim within the said ten (10) days shall constitute a waiver of such claim.

The Buyer has 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

If the return is issued, it is the buyer's responsibility to cover the shipping cost.

WARRANTY

All products come with a minimum 12 months parts and labor warranty. 

The warranty excludes normal wear and tear on parts. Your sales receipt, showing the date of purchase of the product, is your proof of the date of purchase. 

This warranty becomes VALID ONLY if the Product is assembled/installed according to the instructions/directions included with the product. 

This warranty does not extend to any product that has been damaged or rendered defective: (a) as a result of accident, misuse, or abuse or lack of reasonable care; (b) by the use of parts not manufactured by GH or sold by GH; (c) by modification of the product. 

In the case of goods developing faults, GH sales department should be notified in writing

Goods must not be returned under Warranty until GH consent has been obtained. If on examination of the goods, by GH, we find that defects arise from faulty materials or workmanship, GH will, at its option, repair or replace the goods free of charge. 

Note: GH is unable to accept any liability save to the extent and in the circumstances described above. In particular, GH cannot be liable for any financial loss, injury or damage caused to the buyer or any other person caused by any defect in the goods except to the extent that its negligence caused it or contributed thereto. 

GH cannot, therefore, be responsible for the negligence of others. Where the buyer sells the GH goods as the GH agent, he has no authority to make any representations or give any warranties relating to the goods or their fitness for any purpose. 

The warranty shall not apply to and shall be void against any products which have been subject to misuse, misapplication, modifications or tampering or any products which have been damaged by the negligence or willful default of the user. 

DELIVERY, RISK AND INSURANCE

Delivery/shipment quotations are based upon the best information available at the time of quotation. GH shall not be held liable for delays in shipping due to causes beyond our control or the control of our suppliers or subcontractors, which make it impossible or commercially unreasonable. GH shall not be liable for any loss or damage or expense whatsoever or howsoever arising from delay in delivery or failure to deliver.

All deliveries are subject to Packing and carriage charges shown in the price list or by quotation. The Company reserves the right to amend these charges without notice at any time. All delivery charges are exempt from any discounts shown or offered. Goods are at the buyer's risk as soon as they leave the Company's premises. If requested, the Company will provide insurance to cover delivery, which will be charged at cost. Buyers will be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the buyer receives a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.
